Quantity — custom printing has a fixed setup, so per-unit cost drops sharply as volume rises. Cup type and size — single-wall is cheapest; double- and ripple-wall cost more. Print — one colour is cheaper than full-colour CMYK. Lining — compostable PLA can differ from standard PE. Freight — sea freight is included in standard timelines; 14-day air freight carries a surcharge.
