Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Perfect Procurement ("we", "us") and any order you place for custom-printed foodservice packaging. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom, made-to-order products

Our products are manufactured and printed to order based on the artwork, specifications and quantities you approve. Because each order is bespoke, the cancellation and refund rules in our Refund & Returns Policy apply.

2. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the product, quantity, print and delivery method you request and are valid for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if unstated). Prices exclude duties, taxes and any expedited freight surcharges unless expressly included. We may revise pricing for changes to your specification.

3. Orders, mockups & approval

We provide a free digital mockup before production. Production begins only after you approve your mockup. You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, sizing and layout on the mockup; approved mockups are deemed accepted.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through PayPal (including card payments via PayPal). Production is scheduled after payment (or agreed invoice terms) and mockup approval.

5. Minimum order quantities

Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on its page. Orders must meet the applicable MOQ.

6. Production & delivery times

Typical production is about 10 days after mockup approval. Standard delivery is 45–60 days by sea freight; express air freight (~14 days) is available for an additional charge. All timeframes are good-faith estimates and not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.

7. Your artwork & intellectual property

You represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use all logos, artwork and content you submit, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce them solely to fulfil your order. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your submitted content. We may display non-confidential samples of finished work unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or change an order before you approve your mockup. Once a mockup is approved and production has begun, orders generally cannot be cancelled. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you order applies to that order.
