To prepare quotes, produce and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your orders, maintain your account, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers who help us operate: Supabase (database/accounts), PayPal (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage for essential functions like your cart and sign-in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention & security

We keep order and account records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Access to customer data is protected by row-level security and is restricted to authorised staff.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
