How to Design a Custom Coffee Cup

A cup is a curved, small canvas — the designs that work are simple and bold. A few practical pointers before you send us artwork.

Keep it bold and simple

Your logo should read from arm's length. High contrast and clean shapes beat fine detail, which can get lost on a textured or kraft surface.

Mind the wrap and the seam

The print wraps around the cup and meets at a seam — avoid placing critical text right where the artwork joins. A repeating pattern or an off-centre logo handles the wrap gracefully.

Colour and material

Colours look different on white paper versus natural kraft. Tell us your brand colours and we'll match them; on kraft, expect a warmer, more muted result.

Files and help

Send whatever you have — PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. No print-ready file? Our design team can build it. Either way you get a free digital mockup before anything prints.

No obligation
