Minimum Order Quantities for Custom Packaging

Custom-printed packaging carries a minimum order quantity (MOQ) because each run has a fixed setup — plates, print calibration and a production slot. Our MOQ is 5,000 units per design.

Why MOQs exist

The setup cost is the same whether you print 500 units or 50,000, so very small runs would cost more per unit than they're worth. The MOQ is the point where custom printing becomes economical for both sides.

How to order efficiently

Consolidate where you can — one design across a couple of cup sizes, or ordering your cups and boxes together, spreads the value of each run. Tell us your line-up on the quote form and we'll suggest the most efficient split.
